  the businesses of all international corporations and skies over allied countries. It's either everybody will chip in and empire will become solvent or the gloves come out. The Man may be totally wrong with his decisions but at least he makes some decisions unlike those who kick the can down the road with hope that the malady won't happen on their watch and their " legacy" will be unscathed.
