Isn't that a bit hard to cook ? Is that something that benefit from a reverse sear ? If that's the shit, we want to know how to cook it.
Have the butcher tenderize or beat the steaks with a tenderizer mallet. Soak with lime juice and soy sauce in a bag for at least 2 hours.
Hot grill
Lay steaks on grill, turn when first grill marks appear and coat partially grilled side with favorite BBQ sauce, flip and repeat, one more flip and done. Medium rare to medium.
Easy, quick, reasonable and a meat eaters favorite. Serve with roasted potatoes and peppers.

I've never grilled one. The ones where I shop are thin and lean.
Thin and lean work fine as long as you marinate it with citrus for a while. It breaks down some of the connective tissue.
