I bought a pair of Western Electric 350B amps, WE speakers and an Eico HF85 preamp recently at an estate sale for $50. Sold 'em to a friend the same day for $150 because I didn't even want to play with the stuff.

There was a time I would have drooled over equipment like that, but family is more important to me now.

Does that qualify as a small step in withdrawal from "audiophilia?"

Yea, he sold it for $4,000 on EBAY-----some friend.......
