noticed that the wheels on the mustang were on a slant ? why would that be ?

There can be some increase in cornering ability by adjusting camber toward the negative. And with some loss of straight line stability. Go to your local race track and see all the race cars that have a negative camber alignment.

Almost all cars are set up with negative camber, to 1 or 2 degrees maximum. You can't see it.
Race setup where tyre wear and twitchiness is not important is another story and it's common to see camber like this, or more.
