Sorry, but it's from being married to an English major for the last 37 years.
I am usually pretty good in terms of grammar (at least) -- I must admit, I didn't know alliteration is vowel-specific.

You know, this caused me to do a bit more research on this topic. Turns out that there is disagreement among sources as to what alliteration means. Some say it includes consonant sounds as well as vowel sounds. So, I retract my post and apologize. Going to have some fun with my English major over this.
