I thought about this, too expensive for me to get in. Will it continue and any normal bloke is priced out?
Follow Ups:
IMO any rational person is priced out. And another thing BH, now that you have so much time on your hands maybe you should invite some females over to view your etchings? Please make sure that the tin foil hat is out of site. Put on the rubber hat for sure. T456

The Russell 2000 has a P/E of about 25 which is at the high end of the historical range but not crazy high. Should be just about right to suck in the weak money that invariably buys high and sells low. You know, unsophisticated investors like State Employee Pension Fund managers.
I never heard of a Fed Chairman wringing hands over stock valuations but maybe it's time after 40 years of successive narcissists, administration Lap Dogs, and Wall Street Lackeys.
Greenspan began "ringing his hands" in 1996, talking about irrational exuberance. Greenspan than popped the bubble in 1999-2000.

IMO any rational person should have been in long term for the long haul vs speculative in-outs on market anomalies. But that's just my conservative nature I suppose.
Yo Abe, I wholehearted agree for the most part. I tell people to start investing in the market for their children as soon as they are born. I myself was skiddish, shortsighted and irrational and now I'm paying the price. Too late for the long term for me. The short term is too risky. T456

yes, that's why I can't get into the markets. Rational minds aren't allowed in anymore. I have an itch that this will continue and the market will be just another rich mans game. PE Ratios are cheap now compared to what they might become. It is funny when you have access to fresh cheap printed money what you can do.And in terms of the Fed being worried, check out the plunge protection team, why do we need that? They talk out of both sides of their mouth. I call it "fake news". They are not worried.

Well Bullethead, looks like you are a PPT fan. Where were they in 99-2000 and 2008? Two yuge downturns. People in this country sure have very short term memories. The next one is right around the corner IMO, along with others like Harry Dent, George Soros, David Stockman ... Be afraid, be very afraid. The stock market is already pregnant. Pull out anyhow especially if you are somewhat old. T456
