Damn right, you can! I know a Hell's Angel with a missing left arm (lopped off at the shoulder), who still rides his Harley by using a centrifugal type clutch. So I don't see any reason you can't ride a Beemer with a bum right leg.
"I can" works a lot better for me than "I can't". I just have to remember to remember that, since the latter is the easier, softer way, but there's no payoff.
You're welcome. Now bust out those wrenches and get that chair flying straight!
Follow Ups:
BMW has models with linked brakes whereby you use the front brake and it auto applies rear brake. The issue for me is breaking and balance with no feeling from above the ankle down through the foot on the right side.

No, really, and figured it would be an excellent choice for your situation.
When you've stopped, keeping slightly more weight on the left leg would seem to work. The right leg, once it's strong enough, should serve as a pretty good portion of the tripod, even if you can't feel it in your foot, no?
The real intent of my motivational speech, even though I'm living in a van down by the river, is for you to dream big, and have goals you can attain.
As always, wishing you the best of luck.
