...ever heard of Lamb Fries?
Went to a restaurant with some friends whose 13 year old kid decided he wanted the Lamb Fries. His mom asked him if he knew what they were, and he made it clear he didn't really care -- that's what he wanted and that's what he was going to have. He was indignant enough about it she said fine, go ahead and get them. After he finished (with several comments along the way about how delicious they were), my wife couldn't help herself and told him what he had just eaten. The look on his face was priceless, right before he threw up all over the table. :)

I have gladly consumed lambs fry many times, though it's not the most sensible low cholesterol choice out there .....
Great with bacon and eggs!
Lambs brains are another yummy favourite, which I will always pick of they are on the menu - particularly with garlic!

Lamb Fries may be totally delicious. I've just never had the, um, balls to try them. :)
Here in Oz, lambs fry is liver - no other funny stuff.
Very nice cut into 10mm thick slices and fried up!

Brains skinned of their membrane, dipped in egg-milk mix, then seasoned flour and again in the egg-milk mix, and then in breadcrumbs, rested and fried in a mix of olive oil and butter until golden brown.
Yum-yum. Sauce Bearnaise?
Lovely with a nice soft red.
A great entree IMO, say 2 to 3 each.
