...for the next several months. A little bit bigger than boat ramps.
At least it shows PSU is doing something for kids.

It took me me a couple seconds to "get" that....
Looks like a nice project! What's the schedule like, and when is the proposed substantial completion date? I only ask because "several months" for a project of this magnitude is quite ambitious, and I could see snow flying before the building shell is completed....
In other words, got your thermals in the truck? :)

Scheduled date in somewhere toward the end of Sept. The outside work (except for site work) is nearly done. Most of the work in the front involves the canopy over the sidewalk. A very small section of roof work remains. The work is mostly interior finish (paint/drywall, electrical, plumbing, fixture/equipment installation. the completion date is very optimistic in the few of some. At least the AC is working (in most sections). The attached link leads to a series of YouTube videos a local TV station made about the project.

I didn't pay very close attention to the picture in your link! I thought that the construction in the foreground was "new" (as in, they had yet to break ground), and that the building in the background was "existing"!
Ok, now I've got it!
End of Sept? Yeah, that might be pushing things a bit, but with a safety inspector that's willing to "look away" every so often, it just may get done on-time! :)

What are you implying? Just because I let some people crawl up on a roof from a step ladder in their bare feet to tie off a rope, don't assume I'm a push over! :-)

I simply saw a job that needed doing.....
And I did it!
But I'm sure the MC's on your jobsite wouldn't do anything like that, oh no! :)
