  Xavier, Nice build! What are your impressions of working with a copper plate? I'm about to begin on my first tube amp build (300B with Mike's iron) some time this summer and have been contemplating either 1/8" copper or 1/8" powder coat steel. Any insights on working with either would be appreciated.

  Three important questions:
  1) What are you sipping on?
  2) What is that big honking piece of film/foil and wax in the Baby "O-Jr"?
  3) Which of Mikes transformers is used in the Baby "O-Jr".?

    Hi Alonzo,
    
    I was just sipping a Malbec. The liquors behind are my parents' (they provide me shelter from Monday to Friday as my family is now in San Diego and I commute). The big cilinder is the 3.3 uF parafeed cap (Duelund cast). The iron consists in the Mexico series tfa 2004 jr and exo 03. Opts and chokes have pure silver windings. Of course the PTs and PS chokes are Mike's as well.
