I am using some JBL bass drivers- in 7 cu ft enclosures. Gives very coherent sound,deep bass. I bring in a tweeter at aboy 2Kh (well, you can use them in 2' boxes, with a rocky bass hump at 70Hz, but it is moe of bassriver, les of a full range as the overal coherence is not so hot)
