What are the major differences between the two?
Whether either speaker driven by 20W tube amplifier??
Follow Ups:
PP amps tend to have lower and flatter output impedance and can damp such a load far more effectively. If the amp has OPT taps to connect to the speakers (usually 4 ohm and 8 ohm) use the lowest ohms tap.

you to give them a go, if your room isn't large. They are sensitive speakers and are also efficient.
And, if the amp/s have that typical 3db of head-room you might find that you are quite happy.
I'd be happier if you had 40-50 wpc, but that's only another 3db of head-room.
Do angle them in though so you're not on axis.
here's another review.

A bit of Eq won't hurt as the review suggests. Don't go crazy there.
good luck.

The lack of pedigree of Cerwin Vega offerings seems to preclude you to get any answer :/ yet I've read reviews of those and they were very good (all things considered, and for the price).
I doubt the two models differ much, it's mainly cosmetic differences I guess; as to wether they can be used with a 20w tube amp... I doubt it would give brilliant results. Those two 15inchers need some current and damping factor. You will get sound, maybe a lot of sound, but for quality music reproduction I would choose a more powerful amp with those CVs. Just my opinion of course.
