I can speak for Millersound, they did good by my AR9s
Follow Ups:
Is the top plate silver or gold toned?
Gold toned top plates need to be replaced at JBL before they can be re-coned.
Mnawaz3, since you're gonna re-cone, why not spend the extra scratch & have San Rafael's A Brown Soun hemp-recone your D-130s. Gear Page's 71strat praises their rejuvenation of his D-130Fs. Surmises they sound as close to original as possible. ... Have utilized hemp-re-coned Celestion V30s-n-Mesa MC-90s for over a decade in both hi-fi-n-instrumental duty. Late, great owner John Harrison treated a retired printer like rock royalty. Will take about a month of constant use for your D-130s to break-in. Then they'll continue to sound even more bitchin'! BTW, hemp cones demand quality amplification! Might explain their inclusion inside higher-end speakers recently. ... 73s para Sactown
