The speaker repair glue that Parts Express sells sticks to
most anything. Surrounds are glued to poly cones with it.
I'd rough up the surface if smooth for better adhesion.
PolyPropoline maybe a problem with the Parts Express glue it states "Not intended for butyl rubber or Santoprene surrounds, or POLY, metal, and other non-porous cones."
3Mô High Performance Industrial Plastic Adhesive 4693 and others claim good PP adhesion but reviews are negative or no existant
Anybody with sucess out there?
I've been using it for over 15 yrs., many poly cones,
even graphite cones (Pioneer HPM, Infinity)..adheres very well
and never failed.
Thanks to all will try !!
