my builder has finished the little cabinet - the access panel could be stained but I think it would look pretty nice left blonde with a clear coat2-tone or single color? - which would look best ?
It might look better all one color (pardon my crude Paint paint)
looks like it could take 100 watts in its passband - below too IF
the back chamber could be made small enoughlike a 6 liter back chamber

All dark stained. It looks unfinished, or you ran out of stain
with the 2-tone. Draws attention to the big access panel also.
I wondered aobut a coat of amber shellac to get the tone in-between (?)but the sub is similar - if not the same outer shell finish
perhaps when the access panel is oiled then sprayed with lacquer,
it'll look more purposeful and not "unfinished" (???)
if the mini- Classic had been made about an inch deeper, then it probably
could have worked with 12 inch drivers - like 12pe32here's a rough sim of 10" that will be used vs a cheap Dayton 12
as expected, the 10 has to work ~50% more excursion - I hope its strong enough to play some music

Hi Freddyi!
I like it better left blonde, that's my 2 cents on the looks. From what I can see this speaker will cover from 100 Hz to 400 Hz? If so, what are you going to be used above and below those frequencies?

Full-range/Wide-range Drivers --- Front & Back-Loaded Horns --- High Sensitivity Speakers
not sure on the top - might be anywhere from a Cobrablex, Gollehon horn, or 511 - or if bi-amped , a Unity
for the sub = 1-12"

Freddyi that's beautiful. Care to share the cabinet plans?

here's the plans with a round aperture - I went with a more Karlson friendly look
it used an inexpensive 1260W Infinity woofer which may now be discontinued -- there should be drop in equivalents

Definitely two tone.
