Nice job, Don. Whew- a lot of work! But, it must sound fantastic.If you use an electronic x-over for the basshorn, you might consider a Yorkville processor for the Us1, or the sw1200 basshorn.
These have sort of a time delay, for 8 feet or so, and are not expensive.
It is not as good as a real time delay, but it works pretty well.

Thanks!Yep,it's a lot of work,but when it's done,I will have stereo bass and a 126" picture!As for time alignment,I have a DBX Driverack 260,so if I ever get done building the speakers,I will have a quad amped time aligned system.

Well then- you are all set.Just don't vibrate the video screen too much with your subwoofers.
I was watching "Open Range" a while ago, and at the end of the film they "soup up" the gunshot sound. Great for dynamic range and impulse response on a full horn system like yours.
