I'm most of all surprised by that number 352.
Looks like something simply oversampled.

There are modern recordings made originally in DXD (24/352.8 or 32/352.8). OTOH, it is questionable whether there is any real value in digitizing old recordings, such as the ones under discussion here, at such sample rates.
