my LS50s sound great on my Parasound Integrated Amplifier. I think most manufacturers would like to demo their stuff with the most expensive stuff they can find to put their best foot forward.
By the way, I have a very small living room, so the Kefs are just right. No room for horns for me. :)
That would be my choice as well if I were to ever move to 'sand'.
And enough 'JC' for me.
Speaking of 'very small', I attend audio shows now days auditioning audio systems appropriate for 'the assisted living center'. =:-0
Value for $$, Parasound is hard to beat. Recall Audio Asylum parties at the Parasound room at CES MANY long years ago back when Bob Crump was still alive.
Yep, that's the one. Got a "factory refresh" from Safe and Sound, Parasound's authorized B stock mail order dealership for about $370 off (free shipping and better price than Audio Advisor does on their B stock). Even at that deal I had to be extra nice to my wife for several weeks.... :)
is they were also showing the BLADES.
To be fair, I don't think the 'Blades' take up THAT much more room than your current speakers and I'd bet that in a smaller space the Parasound Integrated would drive them nicely! ;-)
