I am always wary of headphones that list a frequency response without a tolerance. (EG 20Hz-20kHz +/-3dB) I remember seeing some $20 Sony ear buds that claimed a 2Hz-100kHz frequency response, now that was funny!
Those headphones look to roll off a ton after 5kHz, but it's hard to say without a scale on the graph.
I certainly do wonder how they are tuned for classical music, from the information there, one would think that they don't want you to hear cymbals.

Maybe, it would be better to give some time for online reviewers to test them before get them.
I have to acknowledge that the claim ¨customized for classical music" made me to click on the ad (something I rarely make). I'll stay with my B&O 3i (the most comfortable headphones I have ever used). Sadly, STAX very out of budget those days for me.
After all, it makes sense to build equipment for well recorded and not amplified performances (as most of classical / jazz music is).
