Call Chad Stelly at acousticsounds.com and ask him. He gave me some good advice on this recently.

mbnx01,
I prefer to buy new products locally if possible, so I would hate to take up his time. Could you give me a hint as to what I would learn from the call? Thumbs up? Thumbs down?
Thanks,
Hujo
Then why not just go listen to one?
Forums are for people who don't have local access to gear.

I am going to demo a Hugo tomorrow. I have found that I make my best audio decisions based on a combination of reviews and personal experience. Perhaps my ears are not as good as other's. My worst decisions have been caused by a good salesperson. My best decisions have been based on a combination of listening guided by the opinions of others. The Hugo is so new that there is not a lot of information from actual users. Any advice you offer would be appreciated.

Not a lot of information? There is plenty of info on head-fi.org.

Thanks. I am new to headphones.

Those kids jump on a new product faster than flies do on dogshit.

WTF?
If we could all hear everything why would we need to ask for advice?
How many posts are 'has anyone heard this'?
A LOT.
Once you can actually hear something it doesn't matter what the f*ck someone on a forum says about it.
Unless you need to have other people tell you what to like, what to buy, etc...
