I doubt the parts are of that nature. The op-amps must be socketed, so I can experiment. But the circuit is really simple and do Lehmann headphone amps really come stuffed with Caddock resistors and Blackgate capacitors?
Still, one can hardly buy the parts themselves for that price and then the circuit board comes out to $5 and the stuffing was actually a $5 premium.

except for a very high premium as they haven't made for a number of years now. I have many NOS but they need to be kept in the right conditions to remain viable. But one BG cap could cost more than that.

I have been hoping for something like this. I have, maybe 100 or a few more NOS of high voltage and lower voltage that I use sparingly but to have something new on the horizon would be great.
Remember the TV that Audio Note replaced all the caps with BG's and while I never saw the image, Peter said he got an overall improvement that made it worth while.
