You have access to the manual - through the prior thread.
there is a reasonable amount of information on the web, if you search for it
there are experiences of others who have used this particular amp on the web and here in the Asylum - click on the link below
Additionally, your question is not new, the Asylum has a wealth of information hidden in old posts - a search for SFS-40 will yield results (same link below)
And, having said all this- and what others have replied on this and the prior thread,
IT is OK to connect your 11 Ohm speakers to the amp and listen.
Perhaps not the standard design, but that is in part what Sonic Frontiers were trying to do-

Didn't you start a bread on this 1 day ago?
There was a suggestion that you contact Chris at Parts Connexion, did you e-mail him? Chris is very helpful, I suggest that you contact him.
Good luck
I have emailed Chris Johnson directly recently twice with no response. I also emailed 'tech@partsconnexion' with a Sonic Frontiers question with no response. However SF questions are usually referred to Chris personally so it isn't surprising whatever circumstance are causing the problem.
I agree that Chris Johnson is usually very helpful and forthcoming so I'm wondering if he is ill or if there is some other misfortune.

I am having the same issues trying to get some information on a piece of SF gear - was asking about a fuse value as I can't make out what is stamped on the fuse itself, so I can buy some from him no less. Emailed Chris a couple of weeks ago, so far nothing.
Usually the fuse values are on the equipment or in a manual. Unless it's an internal fuse?
They are usually pretty helpful there, as you say.
Cheers!

It's an internal fuse, the voltage rating is clear but the amperage is not legible. There are no markings on the back, just a note to replace with the same value fuse, and not to open the unit as there are no serviceable parts inside.... Manual also doesn't say anything (just looked it up on manualslib.com). Oh well.
Sometimes the value is on the PCB. For example here's an online screen shot of their TransDac. The value is F100 or 100 ma fast blo. But printing on outside of unit just says to replace with same value fuse.

Thanks Jonesy for the info. I wasn't paying too much attention to the screen print on the pcb when I removed the fuse last time. I'll take a look.
and places don't give out their phone # anymore. I get anywhere from 3-10 robo's and spam a day. I don't blame the companies, but it's pissing people off.
The good ole' days are gone.
I mailed 3 times to him, but got no answer. My english is not good enougt to telephone to him.
Did you contact them via:
https://www.partsconnexion.com/repairs-mods.html
Usually they are very responsive, perhaps an issue to to COVID closures in the area.
Yes, over the website an his email i got from somebody. It is very disapointing that it is not possible to get a curcuit diagram of my SFL-1 and SFS-40
Requesting (proprietary) schematics is somewhat different than a question about a load.
