Why? Because I've never found any SS amplification that sounded like music that I could afford.
And because tube amplification is the only thing I know how to build ;-}
Pay no attention to that DAC, I don't even dust it.

Love the bone. It looks well loved.
I may have told you before about playing bari sax in high school band, and sitting in front of the bone section. To say they could be indiscriminate about spit-valve usage is being kind, but it did give a deep appreciation of the sound of a well handled bone.
BTW, except for my SUT, I'm all tube too. There's magic in them bottles.
You were packing a Bari in that great big case and still bullied by Trombone Nerds?
