Dead Friday until about 2. Very busy Saturday. Worse than dead Sunday.
Quite the variety of source choices in various rooms. Quite a few with only Redbook cd (Raidho, Audionote, Volti, to name a few). Some with vinyl only (Sonist). Lots of Tidal streaming. Some with MQA (Bel Canto, NAD). More reel to reel than last year.
Great concerts Friday and Saturday.
More actual manufacturers. I spoke with Ron Sutherland, Jeff Rowland, Hubert Van den Hul.
Still too many overly loud rooms.
No Diana Krall. Too much Dire Straits. (who I normally love, just too much) More classical than usual.
Overall my favorite weekend of the year.

Thanks!
Any Kenny G? Soprano sax is always a good test of whether or not people like a particular speaker, amp or turntable.
:)
I understand that there was a vendor with a sub-woofer that shook walls up and down one hall. He got lots of complaints. The guy next door from Blue Circle Audio went ballistic, I hear.

I can't compete with the dead (Buck W. 2010)
$45 gets them out the door tomorrow. $50 gets them out the door yesterday (Byrd 2016)
Cowards can't be heroes. (Byrd 2017)
And a few rooms playing Stevie Ray Vaughan. And the same song or two that got played to death (at shows) years ago. Really? Are there no other tracks off those albums?
I'm a deep blues lover, but I had to avoid those rooms.
