Need an opinion please:
Redecorated my sound room / office and am selling / sold complete Ayre-Vandersteen and all accessories system.
Considering a Naim Muso - Phantom, or small monitors and all in one integrated.
I don't listen critically any longer but want less of everything and high tech access but want good sound.
Anyone have a Naim Muso or like sounding product?
Thanks
Follow Ups:
Naim Uniti Star, A pair of Spendor D1's Or Excite X14/18's and you should be all set.Another possibility is a pair of active KEF's with a digital source (like Bluesound or Sonos) and that'd be a pretty good bet.
Naim Mu-So might be a good idea, but it might be too much of a step back to feel satisfying given your previous system (Nothing wrong with the Naim, but the cube system might not be as satisfying for casual listening as you may be hoping. You could get a few Somos powered speakers for less and possibly like it more (I havbe a sterep pair of PLay:3 with the Sub as my bedroom system and it's really REALLY good)
Lots of options for casual listening.
The urge to simplify is strong in all of us.
