Posts do not show in Cable Asylum, while other forums don't show a message text area at the bottom of the page, but are found on further pages. Interesting glitches of which I'm patient to wait for solutions.
Follow Ups:
I just posted a new topic and a reply on Cables and it worked for me.
As to the message dialogue at the bottom of the page, in the process of converting everything to a secure connection, we moved the New Topic Post to a separate page that you get to by clicking the Post Message link in the menu.

Thanks for the clarification, Rod. BTW, on page 3 of the Cable Asylum forum a message dialogue shows at the bottom of the page and it's functional, but the structure of the message dialogue area is skewed.
See link:
Yeah, I knew that would happen. With an secure connection, the browser won't load Javascript or css that isn't equally secure. Since Page 3 and onward has the non-secure headers, those missing pieces cause it to render a bit strangely.
However, the issue should be self correcting. When the first page grows to be too long, then some number of posts are rolled over to Page 2. Then, at some point, Page 2 posts are rolled into a new Page 3 which causes all the other Pages (4 to whatever) to be reordered and the Header and Footer will be replaced with the new versions that have the http links replaced with secure links.
In the meantime, the Threads view does not have that problem because it's all programmatically generated.

Perhaps a cool, prominent looking button could be used for the Post Message link in the menu, to capture folk's attention...
Thanks for the update, I prefer classic, had to go to ethreads to post, didn't see that in the menu thank you.
