Just a note to compliment the service I have consistently received at Pass Labs; I have now sent a piece of equipment to Pass Labs twice for service (over a period of a decade). Both times, they have fixed the equipment without charging me for the repair. Kent English runs the service department, and he is a pleasure to deal with: patient, thorough, and very good at explaining the repair process--and very prompt with communications.
Also, a shout out to Mark at Renohifi for excellent service and communication as well. One reason I remain loyal to Pass labs is the quality of these individuals, and the service they provide. Always a pleasure to deal with them.
P.S. My new Pass Labs INT-250 integrated amp should be arriving soon. :)

2nd Note;
I would like to read about your listening impressions on the PL INT-250 amp after you massage it into your system.
Sure...I've heard nothing but good things about it; it's replacing my X1 preamp, and my X250.5 amp.
The reason I ask, is because I have heard the Pass Labs separates (not the .8 series of amps) but not the Integrated amps?
I may be in the market for one of their INT- models.
I'll let you know after I've had a bit of time with it.
Much Thanks!
Thanks! for sharing- slapshot.
Pass Labs is the best solid-state gear currently. Backed up by outstanding Customer Service, it is a no-brainer. It is imperative that we post both positive & negative experiences when dealing w/ these companies.
Mark at Reno Hifi has nothing less than a stellar reputation as well.
