Those literally were not there as recently as earlier this afternoon when I checked. Indeed, I've only seen three other pairs offered on E-Bay, or anywhere else, in the past nine months, and two were in far less than desirable condition.
Thanks for locating this listing. I'm going to notify Audiogon that I have no further interest in pursuing the ones I had "purchased" on there nine days ago. Since, as noted elsewhere here, the offer expired after 36 hours, I can see no way I am technically bound by it. And I certainly cant trust the seller, assuming he even still has the speakers, which I now seriously doubt.

I no hablo Ebay so bueno, so apologies if that was dumb.
Good luck!
Good move, Highlander. I have bought and sold many items on A'gon and Ebay and know how important fast, accurate, reliable communication is to the confidence of all parties. I wouldn't trust the seller any further than I could throw him. Even in the unlikely event the seller was OOT, so what? The seller has the responsibility to stay in immediate touch with the ad and notify the buy or prospective buyer of any scheduling issues.
BTW, you cannot expect much support from the good folks at Audiogon. I have a feeling that your new direction, if that is what you choose will go swimmingly. I'm rooting for you.

I had to look up the definition of "synchronicity" to find it's meaning. I thought maybe you were using foul language or something. Even my Scrabble/Word with Friends playing wife didn't know the definition. Anyhow, I'm impressed. Now I have the task of trying to stick it in a sentence during a casual conversation with someone.
Indeed. And thanks, very much, for all who contributed.
