This model was used as an experiment inside, near the top of the Empire State Building to check reception conditions 1250 feet above street level and was logged in the November 1931 issue of Radio News. A very nice thoroughbred. It won world record distant getting awards, even near street level. Do not hesitate to take this unit home if you come across one.
