Thank you for your reply and your attempts to reach me via e-mail. It's my fault that I didn't get the e-mail messages that you sent. My e-mail address changed but I hadn't updated the my profile here with the new address. Therefore, the messages that you sent went to a non-functioning address. I have now updated my profile.
Thank you for your kind offer to find one from Elekit. I don't mind waiting a bit longer because it has been at least a year since I purchased the kit.
I look forward to hearing from you with the part. If it is more difficult to get than you anticipate, please let me know.

Another bump for Victor's customer service. I received an Elekit amp kit with a busted tube, which in my impatience to complete required me to purchase new tubes from another source. Victor (who had eaten mailing charges already to get the kit to me faster than normal) pursued the delivery company for compensation and immediately reimbursed me, without being asked. I have to say I've received good treatment by some companies, and not so good service from others, but Victor's service is the best I've ever experienced.
