Thanks for the reply, thats what i'd figured. I also found some old notes to use 1.4 watt resistors as a failsafe.
At the time Id grounded each of the resistors to their respective tube socket mount instead of the star ground the rest go to. Do you believe that this could cause ground loop hum? would you recommend grounding to the same source as the others?

Follow Ups:
The value was malformatted, it should read quarter watt resistor
So I found that i'd wired the ports under the bias check ports for for the other two tubes respectively.
On the right side Id measured and set the voltage and both tubes measure .500v +/- .002 volts.
On the left side setting one tube to .490v yields .560v on the other tube. I guess they are no longer a balanced set. I wonder if the DC boas option can be added to the existing board I have and would it help. Clearly an unbalanced push/pull is no good for anyone
I tested the four 10 ohm resistors and they all measured within .10 ohms the same at 10.8
ill assume my tester was off by .8 and they all measure 10 ohms
