I called them and they passed me among their departments. All I got after waiting for 20 min was answering machine. FYI, they never called back. Imagine that I have to repeat my story for department, and they will say "Oh! let me transfer you to XXXX".
I hope they are getting better now, their product offer very good performance for a reasonable price.

I suppose it depends with who you are dealing with.
I wanted to convert my NAD CD-player from 220 to 110 Volts.
The service dept. of NAD sent me the parts required for a small amount of money, quickly, and explained to me how to intall them !
