I called them and they passed me among their departments. All I got after waiting for 20 min was answering machine. FYI, they never called back. Imagine that I have to repeat my story for department, and they will say "Oh! let me transfer you to XXXX".I hope they are getting better now, their product offer very good performance for a reasonable price.

I suppose it depends with who you are dealing with.
I wanted to convert my NAD CD-player from 220 to 110 Volts.
The service dept. of NAD sent me the parts required for a small amount of money, quickly, and explained to me how to intall them !Yves
