A blown fuse in a component such as this is usally not the root problem. Blown fuses are often the problem in equipment which can be subjected to overloaded outputs, such as with a power amplifier, where fuses can be safely replaced after the overload condition has been corrected.
Blown fuses in equipment not subject to overload are due to some internal fault which then blew the fuse. The internal fault would have to be identified and corrected, else the unit would continue blowing replaced fuses. That is why such components typically have their fuse typically located completely inside their chassis for access only by qualified personal, not externally accessible so that a user can easily replace it.

The fuse for the GamuT and what clearly appears to be the case with the EMM Labs unit are located externally . :)
Then that's a recipe for trouble.

Perhaps you should point that out to Ed Meitner.
