  I wouldn't rust Excel to change light bulbs. Some of the upgrades/mods on their website are idiotic and they can't tell 5 watt resistors from 25 watters.
  Parts Connexion is way too expensive.

  Excel Stereo (in Scarborough) has good customer reviews over on the Canuck Audio Mart forum. I haven't used them myself, but am considering it for some recapping and repairs on some vintage gear.
