I'm looking for a technician who may not exist.
My Apogee DA-1000E-20 converter has developed an issue. It's old enough to be unsupported now by Apogee. I wonder if anyone knows of a shop that can look at it.
The unit is quite small and so it's easy to ship anywhere in NA.

FWIW I did email Apogee as well as posting here and I've just gotten a reply. It seems the DA-1000E can only be fixed by the manufacturer. They say to call tech support to get a return authorization.
