Can't speak to the "man" showing up at your door if you copy, but from what I can discern, discs with the FBI warning do not install any weird Sony-type spyware or anything else onto your computer. Then again, I don't play discs on my computer, so I can't be 100% certain. But I'm inclined to say, no, they won't affect your computer in any weird way.
