Greetings
I recently purchased a TV/DVD set with digital audio jacks in front. If I want to play CD's through it, can I hook it up to my receiver as an auxillary and hear it through my stereo speakers?

Follow Ups:
If it is a TV/DVD combo unit just play the cds in the dvd tray & audio outputs to receiver inputs,("DIGITAL jacks on front")? do U mean analog? this doesn't make the best hi-fi sense, best bets on a separate cd player directly to recv. ins...U don't give enough info on what model/brand etc, most combos require the TV be on to get audio out... and interference issues prevail (CRT)....

Normally front jacks are inputs ....take peek round the back and see if theres another set.
