If you know whether Belden thinks that sine waves on a test CD and a multi-meter can make complete audio cable measurement for their research, please let me know. Thanks.I have not heard Belden shouting any hi-end-like claims such as break-in, superiority of OFC, PCOCC, and so on and on. I would like to hear what their position on cable measurement is.

Koko, please don't think that it is easy to measure differences in cables. I doubt that Belden would have any info for you on this subject. Simple tests like a CD source or Fluke voltmeter will NOT tell you very much. That is why we depend on our ears, more than test equipment. This does not mean that there are no measurable differences in cable, but normal test equipment is not very sensitive to cable differences.
For the record, if you hear differences between cables, then pick and chose which cables that you like best. If you can't hear any differences between cables, then put your money elsewhere.
