Nordost's RCA on their Valhalla digital wire is certainly different than that on their interconnects. They claim it is 75 ohm and did Reference Cable in the past with their onion like RCA. Is it impossible to make a 75 ohm RCA?
Follow Ups:
It not possible to make a 75 ohm single ended (RCA) digital cable. I understand even the theoretically perfect dielectric material won't get you there - something to do with the connectors and spacing. With BNC it is feasible. RCA isn't the end of the world, but it's a tradeoff to avoid if you can.
