I have posted the images I scanned of the 5242, 5252, and 5262A P&S outlets on one of my web pages. If you want to see what they look like, you can go to the link and see....Don't know if it will help you or not, I just did it for the heck of it!
The page is a bit large as it has front and rear views of all three outlets....

Thanks Rick,I've just check the supposed 5262 that I bought yesterday and they are in fact, el cheapo spec grade. Someone mix the boxes at P&S. At least, there weren't wired when I discovered the plot...

Daniel Trudeau
There are more than one "flavors" of the 5262 outlet....at least from what I was able to figure out from the website...the 5262A seemed to have the most robust construction with the most brass vs. steel in it's makeup....then again, I could be wrong!
Hi Rick,
The one's I got are exactly like the 5242. Thanks for comment over the difference with the 5262.Regards,
Daniel Trudeau
I've never seen the 5262A and sure was not impressed with the 5262 as it uses steel screws and clamping plate....The 5262A looks to be a really nice outlet with brass everywhere....On my commerical line filters I solder everything so the 5242 is the way to go there, but for wall the 5262A sure would have been easier to install as wrapping 10ga solid core around the screws in the 5242 was a challenge....
Yeah, I guess that's why I got boned for $16 a pop on these suckers!I'll soon have my hands on some of the FIM outlets and I'll scan them in ASAP....
