it goes beyond name and trademark, they were suing people for basic design issues. I mean, how many ways can you change how a spade connector looks/functions?
can you imagine not being able to resell something you've bought and paid for b/c Monser says so?

I guess they haven't got to the thrift stores yet, because that is the only place where I have bought Monster Cable since the 80's. I find it a lot. Because I am a vintage guy, I like to have reliable cables for testing.
