I hope this is not like the Audio Aero Capitole MK2, which is way overhyped. There is no way that CD-P is worth its asking price of $8,800. I don't know why people even buy it. Mr. Crump...does the JC-1 only excels in power output. Have you compare the sonics of the Tenor and Halcro with the JC-1?

I voiced the unit and I think it will compete favorably with anything out there at any price....CTC would just love to do a hand built 100w four pole amp running class A with a choke input supply and it would be better, but probably be 25K/pr.....Within the parameters of a machine built very very powerful amplifier this is the best we can do and it was nice of Parasound to allow us to fully design and voice the units... Hype? Take a set home and let me know as keeping score here....
