There are a few observations I have:
1. EI type step-up or step-down transformers have bandwidth limitations, which I generally find helpful (you can think of this as some bonus power line conditioning).
2. Some people will drastically oversize their step-up transformers, which will lead to higher than anticipated line voltages, which isn't so great (doesn't look like you've done that thankfully).
3. For non class A circuits, there may be a little additional voltage sag during transient peaks, but this is very unlikely to actually present a problem.
Follow Ups:
thanks a lot for the input. whats in the back of my mind is whether to have the cyrus 240/220 transformer switched out to 120/110 transformer.
thoughts?

I would have them swapped out. It will help out if you go to resell them, and you will eliminate the risk of potentially plugging the 240V power cord into one of your 120V pieces of gear.
