The X150 was excellent especially with the vacuum tube Cary preamp. I would say that it was a little smoother sounding in the treble area with more body in the mids but it still amazes me what those little Nuforce are capable of. The Nuforce are crystal clear transparent, neutral, and sound very big and robust with outstanding bass impact AND detail. And they're so tiny in comparison.

I'm presently running the Jeff Rowland Concentra II integrated. It's very good but not up there with the Nuforce or Pass combined with a good preamp.... (but so much better than the Mark Levinson 383 integrated).
