If I power up at the beginning of a session mine usually sounds a bit lean for the first hour, then she opens up and the bottom end gets stronger.
Usually, I'll let it warm up a couple of hours before listening and all is well.
Also I replaced the stock tubes with the Russian Mullards.
My cartridge is a ATOC9.
