I presently use a Azur 640P with a 4722 SUT, and it works well with my Koetsu. I haven't tried the cinemag since I don't have one, but looking at the specs, seems to be a good (and cheap) alternative to the Altec.

For the Denon DL 103, using a SUT is the better choice, than getting a headamp.
