Being from Canada I agree with CBT, while checking into a UPS shipped item (an extra $80 onto of shipped payment for a laptop..thanx UPS)I called UPS and was informed that if a UPS packeage is sent by UPS air it is not charged the second party astronomical UPS charges! Go figure... I have had no issues with items coming or going by postal mail.
