I've got an NAD 7020 that has a pretty worthy phono stage. Its nothing to scream and shout about, but its pretty dang good. The 7020 is a basic integrated from about 20 years ago, with 20wpc, an am/fm tuner, tape in/outs, 'aux' in and the phono stage. It also has preamp outs, and normal ins, so you can use it as just an amp, or just a preamp, or insert another preamp in between the preamp and the amp.

Its pretty nice, for 20 year old solid state stuff, i'm very happy with it.

peace,
phidauex
