"Clear and accurate" brings to mind Dynavector. Theres both high and low output versions. My standard MM phono can handle the low output version of the DV-20x, ymmv. Really cant go wrong with DV's uncolored approach.

Then theres the opposite approach, the always luscious Ortophon SPU series, perfect for your preferred genre..

Im partial to the VDH Frog. (In fact if anyone reading this has one fs please reach out.)
