Oops, that would be opa 228, per the attached link. In this link there is a photo of the interior. In the back is the loading arrangement. Between the red capacitors in the front you will see four small, flat ICs and these are the ones. They are socketed so that you pull out the old and put in the new. They are directional, so get it right.
